Digital Products (Online Courses)

Due to the instant digital delivery of our online courses, all sales are final once course access has been granted. We do not offer refunds on digital products after access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your course, please contact us at hello@lp.be-steadfast.org within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or offer a suitable remedy.

Consulting & Workshop Services

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: full refund
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session: no refund
  • No-shows without prior notice: no refund

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Order number or booking reference
  • Reason for your request

We will respond within 3–5 business days.
